Unifrog is the careers platform used in school. All learners have a login code.
There are 4 quizzes on the platform:
interests
personality
work environments
skills
These allow you to personalise the way you use the platform by identifying your own preferences.
You can search for careers by keyword, or by sector, then read profiles and know-how guides to find out more information.
Unifrog will also show you the careers that match your quiz results.
For those considering going to university, the Subjects Library allows you to find out more about the different subjects on offer.
As with the Careers library, Unifrog will suggest subjects that match your quiz results.
Unifrog is a great place to record all the activities you do which could help with future university and job applications.
You can search for university courses and apprenticeships and create shortlists.
Unifrog has a number of self-paced courses on the platform which allow you to find out more about a subject or career area. Completing one of these will also help with applications.
MOOCs (massive online open courses) are hosted by universities and tend to take place over several weeks.
We ask all year 13 students to write their University Personal Statement on Unifrog first. There are useful tips on the platform and staff can also review and give feedback.
You can also create your CV on Unifrog with lots of guidance on selling yourself!
The Know-How Library contains all sorts of other resources to help you with future career choices.
